Meet Our Staff


Mehul graduated in 2001 from RGUHS in India with a bachelor’s in physical therapy and has been practicing physical therapy since. He also completed his doctorate in physical therapy with an executive program from Evidence in Motion. Mehul specializes in manual therapy and has earned his Maitland approach certification from Curtin University, Australia. Mehul enjoys treating back pain and neck pain patients. He has a track record of faster recovery time. Over the last 15+ years, Mehul has accumulated skills that are targeted in evaluations and treatment of orthopedic cases and post-surgical rehab. Mehul loves clinical reasoning and evaluating body mechanics and peripheral joints of the body including shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, ankle, and foot with very specific treatment plans and outcomes. Mehul lives with his wife and 2 sons. Mehul and his team are grateful and enjoy contributing to the local community and spending time with his family and friends.


Mansi Shah graduated from RGUHS, India in 2001 with a bachelor’s in physical therapy and has been practicing as a physical therapist since then. Recently, Mansi acquired an advanced degree with Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Evidence in Motion specializing in the musculoskeletal system. Mansi also specializes in vestibular rehab and is a member of VEDA. She believes in providing quality one-on-one care, which is customized for individual patients to optimize their therapeutic outcomes. Mansi has worked in various treatment settings such as hospitals, and primarily in physical therapy outpatient. Mansi is also a Certified Kinesio-Taping practitioner, which is very helpful in improving body mechanics and accelerating the healing process in the musculoskeletal system. She lives with her husband and 2 sons and enjoys traveling.


Siddhi graduated from SBB College of Physiotherapy in Gujarat, India. She moved to Michigan in 2016 as a graduate with a dream to explore opportunities in the U.S.A. She is currently working toward her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Siddhi finds her purpose when she’s able to make strong, meaningful relationships with her patients; her passion lies in listening to them and helping them improve.

Siddhi’s hobbies include working out at the gym, kayaking, playing badminton and card games with family. She is a big fan of Michigan summers, but is drawn to cities like Chicago, Washington D.C, and Atlanta where she goes on small trips with her friends. Her proudest achievements include completing a 7-year training in Bharatnatyam (an Indian dance form), living independently in a foreign country away from her loved ones, and maintaining close relationships with her friends and family both near and far.

BRIAN CHANG BRIAN CHANG, Physical Therapist Assistant

Brian graduated from Baker College and obtained his PTA license in 2016. He has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, which has aided him in understanding the complete rehab process in a patient’s recovery. Brian enjoys working with patients of all ages with a focus on manual and exercise therapy, and has a special interest in treating sports injuries.

He is an avid basketball and soccer enthusiast who plays in indoor recreation leagues with his friends. Brian is also passionate about learning different cultures by traveling to new places and trying new foods whenever he gets a chance. Other than English, he is also fluent in Korean, Spanish, and is currently learning Mandarin Chinese. Brian is also a licensed Kinesiotaping Practitioner (CKTP). He actively seeks to learn new skills and concepts through continuing education courses that help him discover more effective ways to help patients reach their functional goals faster.

KATIE MOORE KATIE MOORE, Physical Therapist Assistant

Katie graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Washtenaw Community College in 2018. She's known she wanted to be a part of the physical therapy field since she was 16 during her first sports medicine class. Since then she's been fascinated by everything having to do with rehabilitation and physical therapy. She loves summer, kayaking, traveling to new places, playing golf and spending time with friends and family. She's never met a coffee shop she didn't like or a dog she would not like to pet. She loves working with patients to help them reach their goals through the power of physical therapy.


Jessica has been with Ally Physical Therapy since 2016. When she’s not at work, you can find her with her family. She is happily married with two young children (who are her pride and joy) and two big dogs! She also enjoys Target runs, traveling somewhere warm, and being outside on a summer or fall day.


Since 2016, Nancy has been greeting patients with her smile at the Canton and Livonia locations. She has loved meeting new people and it makes her so happy to watch patients improve. “Graduation Day” is her favorite. While it brings her joy to see patients well enough to discharge, she misses them walking through our doors.

Nancy and her husband reside in Livonia with their two daughters, where they have lived for 30 years. When Nancy’s not working, you can find her spending time with her family. Summer is her favorite season, so you can often spot her floating in their pool or gardening. Nancy and her husband love to travel, with some of their favorite spots being Las Vegas and Arizona, where they hope to retire.
