Meet Our Staff


Mehul graduated from RGUHS, India in 2001 and has been practicing physical therapy since then. Mehul specializes in manual therapy and has earned his Maitland approach certification from Curtin University, Australia. Mehul enjoys treating back pain and neck pain patients. He has a track record of faster recovery time. Over the last 10+ years, Mehul has accumulated skills that are targeted in evaluations and treatment of orthopedic cases and post-surgical rehab. Mehul enjoys evaluating body mechanics and peripheral joints of body including shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, ankle and foot with very specific treatment plans and outcomes. Mehul lives with his wife and 2 sons. He enjoys contributing to the local community and spending time with his family and friends.


Mansi Shah graduated from RGUHS, India in 2001 with bachelors in physical therapy and has been practicing as a physical therapist since then. Recently Mansi acquired advanced degree with Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Evidence in Motion specializing in musculo-skeletal system. Mansi also specializes in vestibular rehab and is member of VEDA. She believes in providing quality one-on-one care, which is customized for individual patients to optimize their therapeutic outcomes. Mansi has worked in various treatment settings such as hospitals and primarily in physical therapy outpatient. Mansi is also a Certified Kinesio-Taping practitioner, which is very helpful in improving body mechanics and accelerating the healing process in the musculoskeletal system. She lives with her husband and 2 sons and enjoys traveling.

Sakina Bohra Dr. SAKINA BOHRA, OT, CHT

Sakina Bohra OT/CHT is a certified hand therapist practicing outpatient hand therapy since 2003. She graduated from an Occupational therapy program at the University of Mumbai, India in 1991. Recently Sakina earned advanced degree with Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University (2016), Pennsylvania with major in Hand arthritis program. She has worked in the United States in multiple settings, including skilled nursing facilities since 1993. She passed her Certification in hand therapy in 2008 and received her Certificate of Advanced Practice in Hand and Upper Quarter Rehabilitation from Drexel University in 2012. Since 2013 she has been enrolled in the doctorate program at Thomas Jefferson University with hand therapy as her elective. For her doctoral project she is creating a community based occupational/hand therapy program for clients with osteoarthritis.

She is passionate about treating clients with shoulder/elbow/wrist injuries such as fractures, cumulative trauma disorders, tendon and nerve injuries. She is also experienced in orthotic fabrication and believes in practicing evidenced based, client centered occupational therapy/hand therapy.


Courtney graduated in 2015 from Oakland University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She enjoys analyzing biomechanics and problem solving in order to create a well rounded approach to treating musculoskeletal disorders. Courtney believes in creating a team approach with her patients by educating them about their musculoskeletal diagnosis in order for there to be a strong patient - therapist relationship to ensure the highest quality of care for each individual. She has also had clinical experience in neurological and inpatient settings on top of her experience in orthopedics. She plans to further develop advanced orthopedic skills with a variety of education courses. Courtney was raised in the Livonia area and enjoys attending sporting events, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
